Download Invoice link not working

the Download invoice link in the admin is not working, or the shortcode in the confirmation email. the links are re-directing to the home page.

please help

Is the invoice payment option enabled in Event Espresso>Payment settings?

yes. i found the issue. it was a typo in the template.php file in the invoices directory. i have fixed it and all is working now. thank you
