I no longer need the features of EE4 but have already set up many events. I would like to switch to the free version, since all I need is the simple calendar list feature.
Is there an easy way to do this? Or do I have to recreate all the events.
Also, if I activate Decaf while EE4 is still running will that cause issues?

Hi there,
You can’t have EE4 Decaf and EE4 Regular active on the site at the same time, you’ll get a fatal error when attempting to activate either with the other still active.
To switch to decaf, de-active the current ‘regular’ version of Event Espresso you have on the site and then activate Decaf (your event date will will not be deleted but you may not see all of the events/datetimes/tickets you have setup in regular).
