On the downloaded PDF of a customer’s Order Confirmation, the PDF shows a bunch of boxes with images not found for:
1 Event name – vent-espresso-decaf/core/templates/global_assets/images/calendar_year-24×24.png
2 Date/Time
3 Venue
4 Registration Details /images/users-16×16.png
All the way down the page (in the case of multiple attendees/registrants).
This looks very unprofessional. How can this be fixed?

It should just be text. We just need the information, not a bunch of added images or icons.

See screenshot page capture.

I have this same problem on the order confirmation page, which I posted as a separate topic. But I’m sure they are related.

Thanks for your help!

Hi there,

If its showing this:

event-espresso-decaf/core/templates/*

Then it means your messages were set up using Event Espresso decaf and if you are now using the regular version of EE (as you have a license key I’m assuming you are) those paths are no longer valid.

To fix you can go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates (tab) -> Receipt.

If you haven’t edited any of that template previously you can just click the ‘Reset Templates’ button on that screen, it will tell EE to regenerate the default template using its current path and should fix the issue with the images.

It should just be text. We just need the information, not a bunch of added images or icons.

You can remove those images from the template if you wish, it’s the page you’ve just loaded above.
