Double registration

Hello,

When I select two events, once I get to the registration I get to fill out two identical forms.
Can it recognize that I am the same customer and I need to fill out only one personal info?

Hi there,

It depends on how your events are set up as to which questions are asked on the registration form. In your example, you’ve selected 2 tickets which could mean 2 different registrants and those people may not even be you (the logged-in user). They may well be on your specific setup but EE accommodates for multiple different use cases so it all depends on your settings.

To set Event Espresso so that it only requests details one regardless of how many tickets you add your events need to be set up to only require questions for the ‘Primary Registrant’.

In your events you’ll have settings that allow you to set which question groups are asked for the ‘Primary Registrant’ and ‘Additional Registrants’, like this:

If you only want 1 set of questions, make sure none of the question groups are selected in the ‘Questions for Additional Registrants’ section within your events and save.
