Hi there, We are using 4.10.2.p of EE but we noticed in registration page there are two personal information to fill up and there’s no way to remove them

If you check the Questions tab, do you have 2 of each system question?
For example first name, last name etc.

Both of those screenshots show Question Groups and I understand you have 2 groups.
What I need to know if is you have 2 ‘sets’ of System questions.
Click on the ‘Questions’ tab and you should see something like this:

IDs 1 – 10 are ‘system questions’ and they are normal.
Do you have anther ‘set’ of system questions in that section other than those 10?

Hmm, ok, so to fix those they need to be removed from the database. The originals need to stay (so the System questions with ID 1-10 stay as do the Question Groups with ID 1 and 2) but the dupes need to be removed and EE doesn’t have a UI to remove system questions as they aren’t expected to be deleted.
May I ask, was this just a straight forward update from an earlier version of EE4? Not site migrations etc?
