Don't get 'update now' link although subscription is current.

Hi,

Running 3.1.37.0 and trying to update to EE 3.1.37.1.P. The notification message I receive in WordPress is “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.” – I only use it on one domain (www.supercutsla.com)

My Account Settings says, “You have access to support, new software versions, and one-click upgrades until your license expires.” and my subscription doesn’t expire until May 16, 2015. – I see two free license keys there also although I do not use them.

Browsed other posts here – Using domain root, not sub-domain or added domain.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Alexander,

How are you today? Sorry for the trouble.

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades.

I also remove that second free license key because you don’t need two of them.

Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
