DOMPDF_Exception

Hi,
I have trouble with Downloading PDF Ticket.

When I go to Confirmation receipt and click on “Download PDF” button I am getting error: DOMPDF_Exception thrown No block-level parent found. Not good.

EventEspresso Version 4.8.43.p

I would like someone to help me out with this.

Hi there,

You can avoid that error by updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4. That issue was fixed in version 4.9.48.
