Domain migration question–Support Key

We migrated our domain and the license key is showing as not valid. We still have the key active on the prior domain, is that what is causing the problem, or do we need to rekey, just to be “safe.”

Hello Seth,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
