We purchased the EE Everything license for a subdomain as we were building a new website. We need that license to be used on our primary domain now that the new site is live. I see the reset request that asks why we are requesting the reset. Is there a place I can simply input the primary domain without impact to the website?

Hi,

You actually do not input the primary domain. Instead, you remove the key from the subdomain site (you can continue to use EE there, more on that later). Then after you’ve removed the key you can input the key on the live site. Then you can request a key reset.

The subdomain site can continue to be used as a staging site with Event Espresso installed and activated so long as the key isn’t entered on that site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page.

Thank you. I just submitted the request to associate the license with the primary domain where it is currently input in the EE general settings. The subdomain no longer exists.
