Does not proceed to payment from registration

After registering for an event, and I click proceed to check out, it brings me back to the registration page rather than going to payment. You can test it at this link to see the issue live.

Is this happening on a specific event?

I’ve just added a test registration on the site and made it through to the payment options step:
