Does EE3 license provide EE4 access as well

I know this might be a simple question that has been answered a few dozen times

If I have EE3. Does my EE3 license provide me a free upgrade to EE4?
OR do I need to buy EE4 separately?

Purchasing Event Espresso 3 will provide you with access to Event Espresso 4 which is currently in beta.
