I am wondering how to we use support tokens – as there was a previous thread (now closed) that stated there would be a selection on the support form for this in the future – it is not there…I find no clear description on how to use support tokens.
It depends on how you’d like to use the support token. In most cases a support token is used where you’d like someone from support to log in and troubleshoot something on your site. If that’s the case you can fill out the form here:
