Discrepancy in Pricing

I am trying to upgrade to your basic business license today, which lists a purchase price of $199.95, but when I click on that option and go to pay for it, it automatically adds on a $70 fee and will not allow me to take it off, making the REAL purchase price $269.95. That seems a little “bait and switch-ish”. We do not want the support ticket at this time. How do I get the business license as listed for $199.95?

Hi,

I’m posting some information on this here to clarify for other members. The renewal system will attempt to renew support licenses, add-ons, and any priority support services that may be on your account.

In this case, there was a reference to an old support token. Removing that adjusted the pricing.
