Discount Pricing For An Exact Amount of People

I’d like to create an event where we only accept 2 people maximum can sign up for. This event should not be available for 1 or more than 3 people because its a special price. I already have a Volume Discount applied to other events so I know I can’t use that.

In Event Espresso 4, there is a ticket bundle option which lets you set a minimum or maximum for the tickets.
