I’d like to give a discount if they pay with cash, so I created a discounted ticket for it. But how, I can make sure they will pay with cash and not using my other method (paypal)?
Is it possible to direct that ticket to the specific payment method?

Hi Sarah,
How are you today?
If someone chooses the Cash ticket and uses PayPal, just cancel their registration and refund their money and make them pay again using the PayPal option. Or collect more money from them when they get to the event.
You might be able to do that with some custom development, but that is not a standard feature. You could contact our https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/ about getting help with that.
I would recommend not making things too complicated and probably just use one price regardless if they pay online or in cash. But that’s up to you.
