Hi there, 1) How do I add the discount code to their course confirmation? Thanks so much, |
Hi Kate, 1) I believe you are asking how to setup a discount code for a specific event. First, ensure that the promotions add-ons is installed and activated. Then go to Event Espresso –> Promotions. You’ll now be viewing the Promotions overview screen. Click on Add new Promotion and this will take you to the promotions editor. You can now setup the promotion by entering a name, discount code, and date range for when it should be available. Then look in the right area of the screen and select your event. If you do not see it, then try clicking to the next page. Afterwards save changes and the promotion will be enabled. 2) Event Espresso does not currently have an option to block a registrant/attendee from registering for a specific event multiple times. 3) If you follow the steps in the first section above, then you’ll only enable the promotion for a single event. If additional promotions are enabled, then you can make them available for this event or all current and future events. — |

Dear Kate, i just tried this awesome add-on and though to help, once you install it you will have a new page in the admin section of your website dedicated for promotions, in the new page click “Add New Promotion” where you can control “Number Of uses” which mean you can offer the same code for a limited number of clients. i hope this help |
Thanks Khalid! Kate, here is how that option appears in the promotions editor: http://cl.ly/image/1b1e2B3R1I34 — |
