Hi there
I have installed the Discounts and Promotions add-on and set up my first promo code. When I test the registration page it does not work and instead takes me straight through to the confirmation page and doesn’t include the discount. I have tried deactivating all the other plugins to see if that works but it just leaves me with a blank screen. I am not that up with the play tecnically so need some simple instructions to help me fix it 🙂 Hope you can help.

Hi, I checked your site and I can see this error in the web browser’s error console:
TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'twentyseventeenScreenReaderText.quote')
Which indicates an error from the theme is preventing the Discount code to be processed. Can you temporarily switch to another theme to see if the Promo codes will work with that other theme activated? You can switch themes in the WordPress dashboard from the Appearance > Themes menu.
