I’ve created two types of discounts for my event. I’ve set them up as both being exclusive so they can’t be combined with each other. I’ve setup a discount code which shows up in the ‘finalize registration’ window. But the discount doesn’t apply and checks out at the full price. Previously, both discounts showed up and reduced the amount by both of the discounts, before I set them as being exclusive. In short, I’m having trouble getting the discounts to apply at checkout.

Can you link us to an event we can run a test registration on and include the discount codes we need to use to view the above, please?

There’s no registration options on the event currently.
I click on the here link at the bottom then getting a page with the datetime list and no ticket selector?
Side not your ‘Wednesday’ datetime on that event is set to start on June 5, 2019 and finish July 4, 2019, was that expected?

Thank you for the login details, but the promotion codes themselves would have been fine.
So I went through and tested 2 registrations, each using one of the promotions you have available and they both apply to the checkout as expected and then when directed to PayPal Express checkout the value shown is the correct discounted amount so everything appears to be working as expected?
I guess I’m misunderstanding the problem as right now you have 2 ‘exclusive’ promotion codes which both work as they are expected with EE.
Can you provide more details of what the problem is?
Maybe include a screenshot that shows the issue if that helps?
