Hello, our client has a golf tournament so they have options to purchase tee-times as a team (up to 4) as well as another ticket to purchase a mulligan package. These are different tickets and our client is finding it annoying to have people enter their names for their regular tee time ticket and then again if they purchase the mulligan ticket. Is there a way to not have users enter in their data twice at checkout if they bought 2 tickets for the tournament? Here is attached url to help: https://subcontractorscarolina.com/events/midlands-2021-golf-tournament-14th-annual/
Within a single event you have the option of collecting questions for either just the ‘Primary Attendee’ (the ‘first’ ticket, which then applies to all tickets selected) or all registrants (all tickets, which then have their own details set on them).
So if you only want to ask questions once, edit the event and uncheck all of the question groups set on the ‘Additional Registrants’, then save. It’s the bottom section shown in this screenshot:
You can’t set specific ticket types within a single event to ask questions and then others not to it depends if you need the additional attendee info for any of your ticket types if this will work for you or not?
