I would like to disable this field to force people to put real information of the second attendee.
I’ve tried the My Custom CSS solution widely posted here with no result.
Any other way to achieve this?

You can remove the html that makes up the Copy Attendee info form. You add a blank file to your WordPress theme and name it:
copy_attendee_info.template.php

It works because instead of sending the template that displays the Use attendee # info field and text, you’re sending a blank template.
