Disable ticket notification

Is there a way to disable the ticket notification?

Hi there,

Do you mean the ticket notice email?

If so, yes.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Ticket Notice -> Edit Registrant.

Make sure you are editing the correct context, for more detail see here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/

Then click the Green toggle button next to the ‘The template for Registrant Recipient is currently active.’ text, that will de-activate that message.
