I could be missing something here but is there a way to disable the attendee checkout function – I need a visual when continuous scanning to tell me that the attendee has already checked in case of photocopied tickets. Currently if you scan the same ticket it just presents another green tick and a small box saying ‘attendee checked out’. Is there a setting somewhere to disable this?

Hi there,
The barcode scanner currently has 2 modes.
Continuious mode will check an attendee in or out when a barcode is scanned, this is done without any user interaction (other than scanning the ticket)
Lookup mode allows you to check the attendee’s details before checking them in or out manually. Like this – http://take.ms/cbSUS
If they are checking in it will show – http://take.ms/Mn4yk
So in this case you would need to use Lookup mode and not check-out the attendee.
