Hi EE-Team, new Problem we get different end results by same event. how can we fix it ?

Price in event-ticket is the same but any customers get different endresults in the invoice.

Hi there,

Were those two registrations from separate transactions or were they part of one transaction? It will also help to know how the pricing and taxes are set up for that event.

both are the same course and the it was one transaction

Yes shure: Germantax 19% SUM €462.18 TAX €87.81 endresult €549.99 EUR

You can get the same end results for ticket prices with taxes by using the Price Modifier > Percent Surcharge. The taxes checkbox feature rounds differently. Here’s a screenshot that shows how to set up the price:
