I have canvased videos and documentation. If I wanted the event to only sell 15 tickets, and each registrant can only buy 1, I would go to
Event tickets & Date times “Limit” to 1 and under Available Tickets input 15? When I do thisand hit Update/save it, under Available tickets it converts back to 1 and wont save the 15.
You’ll actually set the Reg limit field to 15, and leave the ticket QTY field blank. Then, over to the right side of the editor page, you’ll set “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event:” to 1.
The Ticket QTY field is actually for setting the quantity of tickets that will be sold. So for example you could have a datetime reg limit of 15, but have several different ticket types that can add up to that 15. For example Ticket A and Ticket B, where only 5 of the tickets sold can be Ticket B. So you’d input 5 into Ticket B’s Qty field.
