Hello! I have an odd issue that happens when I Disable the Ticket Selector on our events. The problem shows up, not on the actual event page, but in the “Scroll of Events” page, that lists ALL current events. When the event has “Display Ticket Selector” set to “NO” then it messes up the position of the Featured image (Thumbnail image) for the NEXT event below.. I do not see a way to add an attachment to this message. So I will include 2 links to before and after screenshots of our “Special Events” page. EXAMPLE OF OUR EVENTS PAGE AS IT NORMALLY APEARS, WITH TICKET SELECTOR SET TO “ON” EXAMPLE OF EVENTS PAGE, AFTER THE TICKET SELECTOR IS SET TO “OFF” Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you! |

Hi there, Can you disable the ticket selector on the event again so I can load the page and view the sourcecode? |
|
Sorry, I did’t see your reply till now. I will do that, but I can’t publish the event, that was an example event. I think the problem doesn’t happen unless it’s published.. |

Hi Tone, I disabled the ticket selector in the example event that I had created– but it’s saved only as a draft for now . But please let me know if you need to see it as a published status– because this is the only way the problem shows up on the public-visible website. Thank you! |

I just purchased a Premium Support Token for this issue. It said to “create a new support ticket” for the issue, but I’m not sure if that meant in addition to the one I’d already created yesterday? Hopefully this one is still active…?? |

I have created a TEST event, and saved it to Drafts. I have turned off the ticket selector. I do not want to PUBLISH this event unless it’s needed, because that means our public website viewers will see the test event, and possibly cause confusion… |
