Dev site not diplaying correctly

We have recently added EE to our live site. We have now created a dev site to test futher functionality. Initially this site was working but it now something has gone wrong. The live site looked like this before I added the licence key?

Hi,

The display issues on the dev site appear to be theming issues. Whatever has gone wrong is probably something related to the theme or the page builder plugin being used with the theme.
