Can you please tell me where to change the setting that automatically deletes previous events from my calendar? jacksonartnh.com – I want my previous events to show – I am sure it is simple – but I can’t find it!!

Hi Melanie,
It is a simple change, but not a setting, which is why you can’t find it 🙂
On the calendar page, you’ll have this shortcode:
[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR]
Change that to this:
[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR show_expired=”true”]
The calendar will now display expired/previous events.
There is a few parameters you can add to the Calendar shortcode, all of which are available here:

To follow up this fixed it for the website display – but I also want the old events to show in the administrative area as I copy them regularly. Please advise how to do that. I also add a gift certificate option and request the number – however – it does not ask the end user for that number anywhere can you advise please. Maybe there is a better way to set it up in payment settings.
