Deleting Incomplete Payments

I’m having trouble deleting payments that were not processed (relating to my previous issue with the American Express cards). I select a registration, click the shopping cart to go to the transaction page, and then click the trash can next to a payment I want to delete. I do not want to change the status or send related messages, so I just click delete. It will say that it’s processing, but it never updates. I’ve left the window up for a minute or more but no payment gets deleted.

Hi Melissa,

Are you using the latest version of Event Espresso? (currently 4.6.10)

If you click out of focus of the Refund window it should close, then refresh the Transaction page and check if the payment has been deleted?

Usually this happens when an error is being thrown within the ajax call, this can be something as simple as a ‘notice’ but it prevents the ajax from running correctly. Would it be possible for me to run through deleting one of these payments to see if I can catch the error?
