Hi there,
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Receipt.
Remove the [INVOICE_RECEIPT_SWITCHER_BUTTON] shortcode – http://take.ms/TDNCU
Save the template and retest, the button should not have been removed.

Are you using a custom template?
Can you link me to either an event I test or directly to a test receipt so I can take a look.

We want to delete the button “Zur Rechnung wechseln (change to invoice)” completely. So that the participant can´t click on it and EE don´t show anything.
We use the default message templates.

Yeah so are you 100% sure you’ve removed the button from the correct template foll9wing the steps I posted?
It looks like you removed the button from the invoice template not the receipts.
Can you add a screenshot of the page you are editing to remove the button?

That’s the Invoice template.
The template you need to remove it from is the Receipt template. You may have multiple pages of templates so check for other pages.

Strange, it must be active as it’s the template that is loading currently.
Go to Event Espresso -> messages -> setting -> HTML
Are both Invoice and Receipt listed as active there?
