Hi there,

However i still cannot see a definite procedure to delete old events and registrations.

To remove an event you need to remove all of the registrations assigned to that event.

To remove a registration you first need to remove all of the payments assigned to that registrations transaction.

So as an example, heres an old ‘Test’ event on one of my sites, if I hover over the name I can view the registrations assigned to the event by clicking on the ‘Registrations’ link that appears – https://monosnap.com/file/RSu9iUr8KoTXSrDdEED9teAcVifqIz

(You can send the event to trash from that page, but the registrations need to be removed either way, sending it to trash before or after doing that makes little difference).

Now, any registration with a padlock icon is locked because it has payments assigned to it – https://monosnap.com/file/wK0tV9YUfQH8g6u706HwrMXSabuBgu

Click on the Reg date and you’ll be taken to the transaction, there you can see any payments assigned to it – https://monosnap.com/file/vMFrYnrtyooHQT70ygcqmv788Tg17G

(I advise to leave the status the same and not clicking the send related messages checkbox)

Delete the payment(s) and go back to the registration list, the padlock will be gone allowing you to trash and the perm delete the registrations – https://monosnap.com/file/iuj9wUqJiYvmLxXr53SmefyAMXYz1s

Once all payments have been removed, you can delete all registrations, once all registrations have been removed you can delete the event.

My screen simply goes blank and when i refresh the events do not delete.

A white screen normally means a fatal error is being thrown on the server, if you look in the servers error logs around the time you get the white screen, do you see any errors?
