Delete Old Events and Registrations

I have read through all the other entries on this topic and tried all the suggestions none of which work. I cannot delete registrations either by moving to trash or by bulk option. The same applies to events?

Hi,

May I ask are there payments associated with the registrations? If so, you’ll need to delete those first.
