Delete locked ticket

I’ve seen this problem reported several times but was unable to respond to an open case.

  • There needs to be way to override the lock, esp. during development phase.
  • It doesn’t seem to work. My original price was 790. I added 2 new ticket variants at 890 and 700. But the event is still shown with the price of the locked ticket (790)
  • What’s going on?

    Can you post a link to the event that shows the locked ticket so we can investigate?

    I’m confused. Things have changed. Now it shows the price (890) of the ticket which isn’t yet available (because of the dates) and not the Early bird price (changed back to 790). See 2 tickets.

    I’d still like to delete the locked ticket.

    You can get rid of the archived ticket by duplicating the event, then delete the original event.Part of the reason it locks the ticket is because if any of the registrations for that ticket attempt to pay, they’ll need that original ticket.

    Now with the way the event isn’t displaying the early bird ticket, do you have any customizations set up to conditionally display ticket rows?
