default ZIP not showing on invoice

Hi
The default ZIP is not showing on the pdf invoices.
Where to add or activate?
How can I set the order to
ZIP City
country
There is also a comma behind the city name, how to remove that one.

Hi Christopher,

In an earlier support post, you mentioned that some of the address questions may not be appearing:

The address that is used on the invoice uses the system questions for the address question group.

Are you using the default system question or have you created some custom questions?

If you are not sure, then could you please share a screenshot of your questions in Event Espresso –> Registrations please?

I set up a new field for country, because we do not know from where the participants will come from. I can´t set up any country on default.
The fiel ZIP/POSTAL is not showing up.
Finish the registration and have a look at the pdf.

Hi Christopher,

Are you using the default system question for ZIP or was a custom one created?

If a custom one is created, then it won’t appear on the invoice by default and a different shortcode will need to be used.

Could you please share a screenshot of your questions in Event Espresso –> Registration Forms please?

Hi Chrisophst,

The ZIP/Postal codes question is not included in the Invoice by default, you’ll need to add the shortcode to pull that information.

Go to: Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Invoice.

Edit the invoice template and look within the ‘Main Content’ section, you’ll see something like this – http://take.ms/xIiJ5

Add the [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ZIP_PC] shortcode in the location you would like to include the postcode.
