Created 3 default tickets. Created new event. Only 1 default ticket populated. Ticket selector only shows 1 ticket available. (Also note that the ID # is cut off at the top).

Hi there,

It looks like those links no longer work, can you re-upload?

Hi there,

Default tickets are not applied to the same event they are created, they are available and used to be created on the next new event. So, when you create a new event do you see the three tickets created?

No. I created a new event and just the General Admission ticket is showing, that’s just one out of the three that I want for each event.

What version do you have installed? I’m testing with 5.0.7 and it’s working as expected. I’ve got two default tickets and both are created when I create a new event.

Yes, 5.0.7.p

Did you create the Event first, before you created Default ticket? In this case, the other default ticket wont show up in the existing event.

Can you try to test it by creating new event and see if the other default ticket you created will show up?

Thanks

I know that I had created the default tickets, THEN created a new test event. I did this a couple of times.

This morning, I went back in, created NEW default tickets. Deleted the old. Saved. Then created a new event and it worked.

Thank you.
