Hi, – The user gets a ‘Registration Pending Payment’ email We’re wondering how changing the default registration status would change either of these things? Ideally, we’d like to prevent the EE Infusionsoft plug-in from firing prematurely, as well as to not have people with a Pending Payment status when they leave a registration incomplete. Thanks, |

Hi Brent, Your everything support license is currently expired so I recommend purchasing a new one so you can continue to receive support services for your website. You can use this code snippet in a site specific plugin (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/) to tag approved registrations only: That will ensure that registrants that register AND pay are added. — |

Thanks Lorenzo, I was looking around for how to update our support license and it wasn’t obvious to me how to renew it. Can you point me to the right link? Do you also have a bit of code that would prevent the EE Infusionsoft Plug-in from creating an order in Infusionsoft for the purchase in question? We’d like to stop that from happening too if possible. Brent |

Further to my last question, I’m also looking for a way to ensure that all contacts coming from EE have their email status in Infusioinsoft changed to marketable when they register for a course. |

Hi Brent, If you purchased another support license then your existing support license key would be reactivated. You would not need to use a new one. — |

Thanks Lorenzo, yes, I think we’re all set. Could you please respond to the remaining questions above regarding code for the Infusionsoft add-on to: 1) not creating purchase orders Thanks! |

Hi Lorenzo and team, Still awaiting response on questions above. Brent |
