I’ve created some Custom Message Templates but the system is picking up the Default Template instead. I’ve sent test emails to myself from the Custom Message Templates and I can see my changes but when I do a new registration I don’t see the changes.
I’ve checked that the Override all custom checkbox isn’t selected.
Within the events have you selected the Custom Message Template?
If you edit the event (Event Espresso -> Events -> *EVENT*)
At the bottom of the page you can select custom templates for that event – http://take.ms/Ooapl
If you would like to change the messages for all of your events without needing to select the custom template, you will need to edit the default message templates.
