Default Maximum Registrations Allowed Per Order not working correctly

When we adjust the default from 10 to 15, it still only shows 10 for the tickets. If we try to select 10 of one ticket and 5 of another, we get a message that the limit is 10.

Is there a trick to getting it to refresh?

Also, if your site uses a caching plugin, you may need to delete its cache to allow the cache to rebuild.

Additionally, please check the ticket’s and datetime’s settings. For example if the Ticket Qty field is set to 10, or the datetime reg. limit is set to 10, those will need to be adjusted.

Under the “Default Settings” tab, there is the option for it.
Default Maximum Registrations Allowed Per Order:
15
This setting allows you to indicate what will be the default for the maximum number of registrations per order when creating new events.

We don’t have any caching plugins.

The event’s limits are set to 45 (for testing), but still only 10 are available for the tickets pulldown.

Found it. Key words in the description above helped: when creating new events. Sorry and thanks. New events are allowed 15. Thanks again!

You can also change an existing event’s Default Maximum Registrations Allowed Per Order, there’s a setting in the Event Options box that can be changed for that event.
