The address for invoices is taken from the Invoice ‘gateway’. If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Settings. Invoice Setting. You can altered the address within there.
If the invoice gateway is not active & you would like to keep it inactive, you’ll need to activate it, update the settings, the deactivate the invoice gateway once more.
