My event expresso is not accepting debit cards. It is accepting credit cards. We run an annual event and both credit cards and debit cards worked last year. Transaction# 720 is the one that failed just now. I also tried earlier yesterday and finally completed the transaction with my credit card.
Why is this not working now ?
All of your event data is stored on your own site, so we don’t have access to view any of it.
Which payment method are you using?
Is there an error message shown when you use a debit cart?
If you view transaction #720 and look in the ‘gateway response’ field, is anything shown there?
