The end of last week I bought the plugin because it looked promising. A client of me needed an event-plugin by today. On both my local clean WordPress installation and a newly created website, I got more then onefatal error, even the websites went blank. I deleted a completely new WP-installation in order to try to fix it. In the end I had to tweak another commercial plugin to kind of do what my client wanted: http://www.revolve-unconference.com/ but the client is nothappy with the result ofcurse. Because also today the plugin is not working, is there any possibility to get a refund. As a freelancerI never let my clients pay for plugins, this way I’m the one who lost.

Hi Patrick, did you remember seeing the fatal error or is there anything in your sites error log?

If so, could you copy and paste it here?

Also, you can temporarily enable a debug.log via your wp-config.php file. Just add this macro towards the middle of your wp-config.php file:

https://gist.github.com/lorenzocaum/848801a1173be464fbe7

Then trigger the error. From here, go to the macro and set true to false and save changes.

Then check wp-content/debug.log and you should see some information.

Thanks

Lorenzo

Hi,

Like I already mentioned, my client needed the extension today. So I made a bad replica of what is wanted. I spend money on that second plugin and a lot of hours to try to ake yours work and to tweak the one I use right now.
Today I still saw the plugin could not be updated, I used the latest version on your website. Still get errors and blank screen, not only warrants.

So what I need to know first is when I install the plugin will:
It be able to do what’s on the website now: http://www.revolve-unconverence.com

And more:
A form on two pages, first collecting personal information, when required fiels are not filled in, alerts. Personal coupon, not one code for all.
Second page a list of questions, all of them required/
Registration on page two, followed by the possibility to pay with Paypal in an external screen, if no personal reduction code.
Personalised (different) mails for attendees with and without coupon.

Beneath you find the warning, when I updated an event the website goes down:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/revolve/domains/revolve-unconference.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/helpers/EEH_Autoloader.helper.php on line 183

Hi Patrick, a promotions system will be available as an add-on later this month. Most of the other items are available:

+ Required questions & validation when a required question is skipped
+ PayPal payments

What is the version number for the Event Espresso 4?

It will say something like 4.6.4 in the WP Plugins screen.
