Good morning,

I have created an event datetime with a ticket assigned to it. I would like to deactivate it. I would appreciate any help.

Thank you
Paula

Hi Paula,

If there’s another datetime that’s also assigned to the ticket, you can click on the trash can icon and it will delete the datetime.

Good morning Josh. I have an event datetime (July 20). The client has decided that he is going to cancel the show for this date. Two tickets have already been sold for this event. I cannot delete the event datetime because it says: “I can no longer delete this datetime because tickets associated with this datetime have already been sold”.

Please advise and thank you.
Paula

Hi Paula,

This is a little more information and a bit helpful, I do not have enough information about the datetime and tickets to give you more specific advice. I’ll try to guess though.

So if there’s one ticket assigned to the datetime that’s being cancelled, you set the sale end date to yesterday for that ticket. You can also add a note to that datetime that says it’s been cancelled. Then, you can go the the transactions for those that did buy tickets for it, remove the payments or apply refunds, and set those registrations to cancelled registration status.
