Deactivate all mails for an event after event is over

We would like to deactivate all mails (e.g. payment reminder mails) for an event after this is over.

Do you provide a solution for that?

Hi,

Payment reminder emails aren’t automated, unless you’ve added some way of doing that.

If you mean to avoid sending those out by mistake, what you could do is create a custom template for that message type, for that event, and set to To: field to be blank. When the To: field of a custom email message template is blank, it’s effectively deactivated.
