Ok, so I spent some time searching the support forums on this issue and just finished deactivating every plugin except for the EE plugins I have (Attendee Mover, Calendar, Promotions & Social Sharing) and each time i edit an event the date the date changes to minus 3 days. If we change it back to the proper date and time (sometimes the time shifts also) it seams to hold until someone edits the event again.

As stated earlier, I deactivated every plugin except the EE plugins and it still happens. Any help is greatly appreciated. ~Chris

Hi there,

Your site is using an invalid timezone offset, it’s currently set to ‘UTC-8’.

EE would have displayed a notice regarding this at the top of the admin that linked to this post explaining the problem:

https://eventespresso.com/2017/08/important-upcoming-changes-dates-times/

You’ll need to go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Timezone.

Set that field to a location closest to the organization (in other worse a city that uses the same timezone as UTC-8) and update the settings.

Then view your events and confirm if they show the correct dates/times, switching to a valid timezone may cause the times to jump X amount of hours, we have a utility in EE to fix that but first confirm if that’s an issue for you (it doesn’t happen on all timezones).
