DATELINE/TICKETS CONFUSION

Stuck on this error message “The ticket you are attempting to unassign from this datetime cannot be unassigned because the datetime is the only remaining datetime for the ticket. Tickets must always have at least one datetime assigned to them.”

Confused about this. there is one ticket assigned down below to this dateline but up top the dateline will not let me uncheck other tickets from it.

Is this enough information for you to help.

on a tight timeline here. Please help asap

Can you add a screenshot/capture of your Datetime/Ticket setup so I can check into this, please?

Figured out work around of double clicking on the selected ticket which resulted in an error message but then seemed to free up the datetime above to allow me to delete unneeded ticket links. Confusing but worked.
