date and time is not assumed / can not be saved

Hello,
every time when I create an event and set the time (like from 15th september 9 am to 16th september 6pm) the time switched back to 9 to 9 e.g.
The entered time is not saved.

Would you fix the problem please and let know, what’s went wrong.
