Help! Our customers started getting the folowing error when using the ticket finder on our registration page, and eventually all the events started indicating “sold out” even though we haven’t sold any!

The following errors have occurred:
A database error has occurred. Turn on WP_DEBUG for more information.
A valid Transaction was not found when attempting to update the model entity mapper.

WordPress Version: 5.3

PHP Version: 7.3.12

MySQL Version: 5.5.60

Event Espresso Version: 4.10.2.p

update: In the back-end on the registration page, in the “Available Ticket” row, it shows all the tickets are reserved, hence the sold-out indicator. And the ticket doesn’t have a trash icon to allow me to delete it…

Hi,

Can you contact your web host and ask them to check the database storage limit? The error message you reported has been reported one time before and the reason for the error was the database was over the storage limit.

They may be able to raise that limit.

Then, after that’s resolved, you can go to your site’s Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset page and you’ll click the first button on that page. The button says:

Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts
