Hello, we are experiencing random problems in the payment process with cybersource, the error that appears is: Signature verification Failed !
The problem is that in each of these errors, the payment was executed in cybersource but the payment is not credited in event espresso and the error appears. When the user sees this, he repeats the process with the same error, and 2 payments appear, without approved tickets.
We have a current registration process for an event, and we cannot continue to sell tickets
We urgently need support to resolve, previously I had already requested support but we had no response.
We are very confused with the slow response to the emergency that we have, even paying a priority token, we have not had a response from you, this situation is very annoying.
