What is the recommended approach for customizing the layout of the ticket selector table (colors, fonts, table properties), and the button at the bottom of it?

Hi there,
It really depends on what you need to change, visual aspects such as the ones mentioned above would be done using CSS.
You can just add some custom styles to override the default styles without modifying EE at for that. We recommend using either the My Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder plugins to add custom styles, or a child theme if you are using one.
The button at the bottom again depends what you would like to change, if its just visual you can use the same method from above, just add your own styles to override the default.
