Hello,
It would be nice to have a filter to customize the simple_ticket_selector.template.php path in TicketSelectorSimple.php line 67, just like the one to customize the ticket_details.template.php path in TicketDetails.php line 203

Hi there,
You are more than welcome to open up a Pull Request to include any additional filters into code. The dev team will review the changes and include them within core if the changes are accepted.
However, you don’t need a filter for the above.
Have you tried loading a custom version of the template from your themes root directory?
