Just wondering what the recommended way is to edit CSS for Event Espresso?
I am trying to get the grid view details to dsiplay by default. I tried adding the css code provided in this post (https://eventespresso.com/topic/how-to-customise-grid-template-to-display-event-details/) using the Simple Custom CSS plugin, but it didn’t change. When I added the same code using Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS, it did work.
Is this expected, or a generally known thing that can happen, or am I more likely to have done something wrong? Just wondering whether the Simple Custom CSS plugin is something I should be using or not?

What could be happening is the Simple CSS plugin is loading its CSS too early so CSS from plugins loads in later. So in order to work around this, you’d have to increase the specificity of your CSS selectors.

Along with the above, I wouldn’t recommend using the Simple Custom CSS plugin if you have a WordPress installation where Additional CSS is bundled into core. Simple Custom CSS is really only useful if it’s a really old version of WordPress.
